Read your local report with the right context.
Consumer Confidence Reports are annual, provider-level summaries. They are a useful starting point for learning about source water, treatment, and monitoring in a service area. They are not a household-level diagnosis.
Separate the question from the solution.
Hardness, scale, chlorine taste, sediment, and drinking-water preferences can point to different treatment categories. A softener is not automatically a filter; a drinking-water system is not automatically a whole-home solution.
Keep health claims out of the sales conversation.
Perfect Home Water does not claim that treatment prevents, cures, or treats medical conditions. Specific performance claims should be tied to a particular product’s verified documentation and certifications.
